Our services consist of matching international buyer specifications with qualified Indian processing capabilities and coordinating the subsequent commercial, operational, and logistical execution.

2. Non-Binding Digital Submissions

The submission of a Request for Quotation (RFQ), partnership enquiry, or any other digital form via this website does not constitute a binding commercial agreement, purchase order, or offer of sale.

All official commercial transactions, purchase orders, and export commitments are governed entirely by separate, legally binding physical or digital contracts executed directly between the Buyer and Andhra Meridian following the conclusion of the RFQ process.

3. Accuracy of Client Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided to Andhra Meridian—including corporate identities, product specifications, quality certifications, and contact details—is accurate, current, and complete. Andhra Meridian relies on this information to engage processing and logistics partners and cannot be held liable for delays or discrepancies resulting from inaccurate submissions.

4. Non-Circumvention and Confidentiality

By engaging with Andhra Meridian, you agree to our strict confidentiality and non-circumvention policies:

• You agree not to bypass, circumvent, or attempt to bypass Andhra Meridian to conduct business directly with any processing plant, freight forwarder, or inspection agency introduced to you by Andhra Meridian.
• Both parties agree to treat all commercial discussions, pricing matrices, factory identities, and technical specifications as strictly confidential corporate information.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Andhra Meridian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the website.
• Any conduct or content of any third-party processing plant or logistics provider.
• Force Majeure events including port strikes, natural disasters, or international trade embargoes.

Our liability in connection with actual commercial shipments is governed strictly by the separate commercial agreements and Incoterms associated with that specific transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

The Andhra Meridian website, its original content, features, proprietary coordination workflows, and UI/UX design are owned exclusively by Andhra Meridian and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Site Accuracy

While we strive to ensure the information on our platform is highly accurate, market prices, shipping routes, and processor capabilities fluctuate rapidly. Any sample data, estimated pricing, or timelines displayed on the website are strictly indicative and provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
